As a guideline, you can expect 50,000 capsules per variety. There may be deviations depending on the raw material, and under special conditions, we can also act flexibly here – please discuss your individual options and requirements with us.

We do not have fixed price lists, as we create individual offers for each customer.

If you have become our customer and have received prices from us, these are generally valid for one quarter. We believe it is fair to pass on raw material prices, which change every quarter, to our customers.

We provide individual support. You will have a dedicated contact person in the sales team as well as ‘your’ product developer. Our entire processing team is available to assist you with all matters concerning order processing and shipping.

Three times “YES”! We are organic-certified and meet the requirements for gluten-free and vegan productions.

During the development of our private label products, we naturally take food law requirements into account. Should the review reveal that individual components of your recipe are critical from a technical or regulatory perspective, we will inform you promptly and provide advice to jointly develop a suitable solution.

Our company employs qualified specialists who continuously inform themselves about current legal requirements in the area of specifications and declarations and implement them accordingly. Naturally, we provide you with a comprehensive specification for each product, which serves as a reliable basis for declaration.

Normally, we rely on tested and qualified raw materials from our portfolio of approximately 3000 raw materials. If you require a special raw material where provision makes sense, all quality documents must be provided. Under certain conditions, which we would be happy to discuss with you, we can procure your very specific raw materials for you.

As part of our high quality and safety standards and the applicable certification requirements, we subject every incoming delivery to a thorough inspection. Thanks to our laboratory, we are also able to carry out analyses of raw materials at any time to ensure product safety.

Your can and pouch labels, printed pouches or outer cartons, individual neck sleeves, lids, or measuring spoons are stored with us as if they were our own materials. This means that we check the delivery for quantity and – as far as possible – for quality, assign internal article numbers, book the materials into our inventory, manage them, and store them carefully. By recording them in our internal warehouse system, we can provide you with information about stock levels at any time, and you will receive a notification from us when you should reorder packaging material.

We have an immense selection of blank cans and pouches constantly available in stock.

However, if your desired packaging is not among them, we can procure it for you under certain conditions, which we would be happy to discuss with you.
